CRITERIA FOR NEW ACCOUNTS Trade Fair International Ltd supply only "trade" customers and evidence of this is paramount prior to commencement of trading. DELIVERY There is a minimum order value, per order, of £350.00. For orders in excess of £1,000.00 delivery (on the UK mainland) will normally be free of charge. Delivery may be made either by courier, pallet or Trade Fair International Ltd vehicle. We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers, if however the goods are not accepted on the agreed day a fee of £50 will be charged to cover the inconvenience and administration costs of the aborted delivery. PRICING Our Website contains a very large number of products and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, some products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced. Prices will be verified by our sales staff or via a sales order confirmation prior to delivery. We are under no obligation to supply you with the product at the incorrect price. PAYMENT TERMS All orders are processed on a strictly pro-forma basis and payment must be made either in advance of despatch of goods or upon collection by the customer. Alternatively, if delivery is being made by our own vehicle, payment may be made to our driver. If payment is not available for the driver to collect then goods may not be left and the additional charge of £50, referred to above, may be applied. All goods remain the property of Trade Fair International Ltd until full and final payment has been received. DESCRIPTIONS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION We've made every effort to display all products on our Website as accurately as possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. The colour of a product may vary in accordance to the settings of your computer, monitor, software or printer from the colour of the actual product you receive. RETURN OF GOODS/CREDITS Trade Fair International Ltd will only accept return of goods under the following criteria: 1. The condition of the goods becomes the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon delivery by Trade Fair International Ltd to the purchasers address. We will not accept return of any goods that have been transported elsewhere after delivery by Trade Fair International Ltd. 2. Any faulty goods, damaged or missing items must be reported to Trade Fair International Ltd, by email or fax, within 3 working days of delivery. 3. Goods being returned must be in their original boxes/cartons and must include details of our stock/product code, Invoice and/or Order number and date. 4. Ex-display items may not be returned. 5. Our driver will only accept goods for return with the authority of Trade Fair International Ltd. Returned goods must be accompanied by a detailed, countersigned Returns Note, obtainable from the driver. 6. Damaged or incorrect goods supplied in error by ourselves will be replaced with next order. Any other returns will be exchanged at customers expense. 7. Credit Notes will only be issued upon receipt by Trade Fair International Ltd of the returned goods. Failure to comply with the above procedure may result in goods not being credited or replaced.
